Carlton Ware Yellow Foxglove Chocolate Mug & Lid

A beautiful vintage chocolate mug and lid by Carlton Ware in the Foxglove pattern in the yellow colourway which was first introduced in the early 1940's.  It has the number 1886 impressed on the base.

It is in excellent condition, having no repairs, chips, cracks or stains, but has minor crazing which is typical for a piece of this age.  The colours are bright and vivid and this chocolate mug displays brilliantly.
