Coffee set, consisting of a coffee pot and four cups and saucers in the melody chintz pattern. The backstamp on this particular piece dates it between 1940 and 1966. It is in excellent condition, having no chips, cracks or stains, and has no crazing which is unusual for a piece of this age. The gold trim is in excellent condition. Dimensions - coffee pot - 18 cms high, 20½ cms handle to spout - coffee cups - 5½ cms high, 7¼ cms rim dia. - saucers - 12 cms dia. (measurements are approximate) |
