Royal Winton Yellow Rosebud Teapot

A beautiful vintage teapot by Royal Winton in the very popular Rosebud pattern in the yellow colourway which was introduced in the 1940's.  The backstamp for this piece dates it to the late 1940's.  This is the largest of the teapots made in this pattern.

It is in excellent condition, having no repairs, chips, cracks or stains.  It does have crazing which is typical of a piece of this age.  The gold trim is in excellent condition.  The only point to mention are a couple of very small stain marks on the inside bottom of the teapot, but these are very minor and do not detract in any way.  The colours are bright and vivid and this teapot displays brilliantly.  The photos do not do the colour of this teapot any justice.
