Cruet set in the rouge colourway which was introduced in the 1940's. The backstamp for this particular piece dates it between 1945 and 1950. It is in excellent condition, having no chips, cracks or stains, but has minor crazing which is typical for a piece of this age. The gold trim is in excellent condition. Dimensions - salt and pepper shakers - 6¼ cms high, 4¾ cms dia. - mustard pot - 6 cms high, 4¾ cms dia. - tray - 13¼ cms x 12 cms (measurements are approximate) |
