Royal Winton Somerset Chintz Cup, Saucer & Plate

A beautiful vintage cup, saucer and side plate (art deco shape) by Royal Winton in the Somerset Chintz pattern which was first introduced about 1930.  The backstamp used on these particular piece were used between 1930 and 1934.

They are in excellent condition, having no repairs, chips, cracks or stains, and have very little, if any crazing which is unusual for pieces of this age.  There is minor wear to the trim.  The colours are bright and vivid and this trio displays exceptionally well.

Dimensions - cup - 10 cms wide (including handle), 6½ cms high - saucer - 14½ cms dia. - plate - 15½ cms dia. (measurements are approximate)
