Carlton Ware Apricot Foxglove Oval Bowl

A beautiful vintage oval bowl by Carlton Ware in the Foxglove pattern in the very rare apricot colourway which was first introduced in the early 1940's.  Pieces in this pattern and colourway are extremely hard to find and very collectable.  It has the number 1903/3 impressed on the base. 

It is in excellent condition, having no repairs, chips, cracks or stains, and has very little, if any, crazing which is unusual for a piece of this age.   The colours are bright and vivid and this bowl displays exceptionally well.
