Carlton Ware Yellow Foxglove Cup & Saucer

A beautiful vintage cup and saucer by Carlton Ware in the Foxglove pattern in the yellow colourway which was first introduced in the early 1940's.  It has the number 1883 impressed on the base.

They are in excellent condition, having no repairs, chips, cracks or stains, and has minor crazing which is typical for pieces of this age.  The colours are bright and vivid and this cup and saucer display brilliantly.

Dimensions - cup - 10 cms wide (including handle), 6½ cms high - saucer - 14½ cms dia. (measurements are approximate)
