Carlton Ware Pink Buttercup Oval Bowl (Medium)

A beautiful medium oval bowl by Carlton Ware in the Buttercup pattern in the much rarer pink colourway which was introduced in 1936 until the 1940's.  This bowl is the middle sized of the three sizes made in this shape.

It is in excellent condition, having no repairs, chips, cracks or stains, and has no crazing which is unusual for a piece of this age.  The pink colourway is bright and vivid and this bowl displays exceptionally well.
