A beautiful vintage hand-painted vase in the form of a tree trunk by Royal Winton in the Lakeland pattern which was first introduced in the 1940's. The backstamp for this particular piece dates it before 1945. It is in excellent condition, having no repairs, chips, cracks or stains. It has no crazing which is unusual for a piece of this age. The colours are bright and vivid and this vase displays exceptionally well. Dimensions - 19½ cms high, 11 cms dia. (measurements are approximate)
