Carlton Ware Green Water Lily Pedestal Bowl (Small)

Small pedestal bowl or bon bon dish in the green colourway with yellow flowers which was introduced around 1937 but most of the pieces were made in 1939 onwards.  The range was very popular and continued for a number of years. 

It is in excellent condition, having no repairs, chips, cracks or stains, and has no crazing which is unusual for a piece of this age.  There is a small mark near the yellow bud in the middle of the bowl, but this does not detract from its beauty.

Dimensions - 15 cms x 11¾ cms x 5¾ cms high (measurements are approximate)
