Carlton Ware Pink Buttercup Cruet Set

A beautiful cruet set (consisting of salt and pepper shakers and mustard pot on an underplate) by Carlton Ware in the Buttercup pattern in the much rarer pink colourway which was introduced in 1936 until the 1940's.

They are in excellent condition, having no repairs, chips or cracks, but have minor crazing which is typical for a piece of this age.  There is no crazing to the underplate.  There is minor staining to the underside of the mustard pot lid, which cannot be seen when the lid is in place.  There is unfortunately no bung to the salt shaker.  The pink colourway is bright and vivid and this set displays exceptionally well.
