Carlton Ware Anemone Sugar Shaker/Sifter

A beautiful vintage sugar shaker or sifter by Carlton Ware in the Anemone pattern in the yellow colourway which was first introduced in 1934.  The Anemone pattern was one of the first "floral embossed" ranges made by Carlton Ware.

It is in excellent condition, having no repairs, chips, or cracks, but has very minor crazing which is typical for a piece of this age.  There are also some very slight stains, but are very hard to see as they blend in with the pattern.  This piece displays beautifully.
