Beswick Seagull Wall Plaques (658 - Set of 3)

A beautiful vintage set of three (3) Beswick Seagull wall plaques comprising of numbers 658/1, 2 and 3.  This is the first set of seagulls designed, with their wings up and apart.  TheseSseagulls are finished with a gloss glaze.  These Seagulls were designed by Mr Watkin and were produced between 1938 and 1967.

All three Seagulls are in excellent condition, having no chips, cracks, repairs or restorations.  They all have crazing, which is usual for pieces of this age.  All three Seagulls bear the imprint "Beswick - Made In England" and the number 658 with their corresponding size number on the underside.    They also have the black circular Beswick mark.  This set of Seagulls display brilliantly and all are in fantastic condition.

Dimensions - Seagull 658/1 - wing to tail (length) - 35½ cms, height - 17 cms - Seagull 658/2 - wing to tail (length) - 30 cms, height - 15 cms - Seagull 658/3 - wing to tail (length) - 25½ cms, height - 12 cms (measurements are approximate)
