Beswick Kingfisher Wall Plaques (729 - Set of 3)

A beautiful vintage set of three (3) Beswick Kingfisher wall plaques (flying to the right), comprising of numbers 729/1, 2 and 3.  These Kingfishers are finished with a gloss glaze.  These Kingfishers were designed by Arthur Gredington and were produced between 1939 and 1971.

All three Kingfishers are in excellent condition, having no chips, cracks, repairs or restorations.  They all have very minor crazing, which is usual for pieces of this age.  All three Kingfishers bear the imprint "Beswick - England" and the number 729 with their corresponding size number.  All three Kingfishers also have the black circular mark "Beswick England" stamped on the underside.  This set of Kingfishers display brilliantly and all are in fantastic condition.

Dimensions - Kingfisher 729/1 - wing to wing - 16 cms, beak to tail - 19 cms - Kingfisher 729/2 - wing to wing - 12.5 cms, beak to tail - 15 cms - Kingfisher 729/3 - wing to wing - 11 cms, beak to tail - 12 cms (measurements are approximate)
